Eightknots is a collaboration between Cleveland-based singer songwriter (and pediatric orthopaedic surgeon) Justin Mistovich and Grammy winning, longtime Nashville music veterans Lynn Williams and Mike Joyce (also originally from Cleveland). Drawing on their unique influences, the group blends a vintage country and rock foundation with modern pop. The result: catchy hooks, melodies, and a surprising range of instrumentation. 

Despite the crazy world we’re living in—with travel bans, and with a surgeon for a singer who still is going to work at the hospital—the band plays on. Eightknots has been able to make the best of social distancing while collaborating remotely, sharing ideas over video conference, phone calls, texts, and emails to still make music that fits together as if it were done live.
